STORMWARRIOR + KAI HANSEN Replace SIR LORD BALTIMORE At SWEDEN ROCK FESTIVAL

SIR LORD BALTIMORE has been forced to cancel its previously announced appearance at the Sweden Rock 2008 festival which will be held June 4-7 in Slvesborg, Sweden due to "logistical problems." Replacing them on the bill will be Germany's STORMWARRIOR, with a special guest appearance by Kai Hansen (GAMMA RAY, HELLOWEEN).

STORMWARRIOR's third studio album, "Heading Northe", was released in February via Dockyard 1. The CD was recorded at the group's own Thunderhall Studios and was mixed with Piet Sielck (SAVAGE CIRCUS, IRON SAVIOR) before it was mastered at Tommy Hansen's (HELLOWEEN, HAMMERFALL, PRETTY MAIDS) Jailhouse Studios in Denmark.

STORMWARRIOR is known for its unique combination of "true metal" anthems with lyrics that are rooted in Nordic mythology.

After the release of its "Northern Rage" CD, STORMWARRIOR was invited to play all the biggest festivals like Wacken Open Air, Bloodstock, MANOWAR's Magic Circle and Earthshaker. The band also collaborated with Kai Hansen by performing HELLOWEEN classics during select live appearances.
